FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I ADD MORE PLAYERS LATER? 

Yes! Additional players can always be added on site. You only need to book for the minimum to lock in your slot. Review our booking policy for more information.

 

CAN WE PLAY WITH FEWER THAN 4 OR MORE THAN 8? 

Yes (with some caveats). Our game minimums and maximums are set with player experience in mind. We have had teams of two with a lot of escape room experience successfully complete the game. However, if you are new to escape rooms, we recommend sticking to the minimum of 4 players. Additional players beyond the maximum of 8 can be accommodated for birthday parties or team building events, however we do not recommend going above 10 players.

CAN I SET UP A BOOKING ON A DAY YOU'RE CLOSED? 

Often the answer is yes! With advance notice we can often accomodate teams who want to play on a day that we are typically closed. If you are interested in doing so, please complete our Off Day Booking Form.

DO YOU HAVE A WAITLIST? 

Yes! Though it's rare, cancellations do happen from time to time. If the time slot you want is already booked, you can fill out our Waitlist Form and we will notify you if something opens up.

CAN I BRING MY PUP?

Unfortunately we have staff with allergies, so please leave animals at home. Exceptions are happily made for registered support animals. If you will be bringing a support animal, please contact us ahead of time to make arrangements.    â€‹

ARE YOUR GAMES APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN? 

Yes! Our escape rooms are family-friendly experiences and we even host children's birthday parties. However, our games are designed with an adult audience in mind. Please be aware of the following when deciding to play with children, and please contact us if you have questions.  ​

 

  • Our puzzles require patience, perseverance, and abstract thinking. While younger children can engage in the activities, adults will be driving the majority of the puzzle solving with children under 12.

  • For children under 10, we offer a Jr. Patroller’s scavenger hunt add-on at no additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are playing with any Jr. Patrollers. Please note that the Jr. Patrollers add on is not available for children's birthday parties.

  • Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times while on site.

  • All players under 18 must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian to participate.

  • Our games are not scary, but sound and light shows are used to create dramatic mood, much like you would experience on a theme park ride. While we do not have an age limit for players, this may be intense for some younger children.  

  • Please rest assured that there are no jump scares!

  • Children 5 and under play for free!
