Reservations are required and payment is due at the time of booking. If you are unsure of your player count, we suggest booking the minimum number of players to lock in your slot. Additional players can be added on site when you arrive.
Be sure to check your reservation details in the confirmation email to ensure that all information is correct. Reschedules, refunds and gift vouchers are provided, however, values are dependent upon the amount of notice provided prior to a reservation start time:
5 days or more from the reservation — we can reschedule your booking, provide a full refund (minus the $20 nonrefundable booking fee), or offer a gift voucher for 100% of the booking cost. A reservation for 11:45 AM on Wednesday would need to be canceled or rescheduled by 11:45 AM on the preceding Friday to be eligible.
Fewer than 5 days, and up to 2 days from the reservation — we can reschedule your booking or offer a gift voucher for 100% of the booking cost. A reservation for 11:45 AM on Wednesday would need to be canceled or rescheduled by 11:45 AM on the preceding Monday to be eligible.
Fewer than 2 days from the reservation — we can reschedule your booking or offer a gift voucher for the full amount of the booking cost, minus a $50 late cancellation fee.
No shows are not eligible for refunds, vouchers, or reschedules.

BOOKING WITH CHILDREN
Children 5 and under play for free. Learn more about what to expect when playing with children before booking your game. Please be aware that an adult chaperone is required with players under 16, and all minors under 18 must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian in order to play.
